Futures Fins X Craig Anderson Giveaway Pack - Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Promoter:
The promoter of this competition is Futures Fins Australia (ABN: 45099720779).
2. Eligibility:
This competition is open to Australian residents over 18 years old only.
3. Entry Period:
Entries are valid for purchases completed between 20th October 2023 (20/10/2023) and 31st December 2023 (31/12/2023).
4. Submission Deadline:
All entries must be received before 7th January 2024 (07/01/2024).
5. Entry Responsibility:
Futures Fins accepts no responsibility for entries that are illegible, incomplete, or fail to reach Futures Fins Australia before the closing date.
6. Database Agreement:
Entrants must agree that they have read the terms and conditions and agree to join the databases of Futures Fins, Haydenshapes, DB luggage, Epoke, and Former.
7. Game of Chance:
This is a game of chance with a random draw. No skills are required to enter.
8. Entry Limit:
Only one entry will count per Ando Blackstix 4.0 purchase.
9. Valid Entries:
Entries are valid for the purchase of Ando Blackstix 4.0 (barcode 4605-472-00) from futuresfins.com.au or an authorized Futures retailer.
10. Prize:
There is one winner only. The prize for the Craig Anderson Prize Pack includes:
• Haydenshapes: One Surfboard
• DB: One Ramverk Backpack, One Essential Drybag, One Essential Craig Ando Wallet
• Former: Two T-shirts, Two Pairs of Ando boardshorts
• Zion: One Ando Short Arm Wetsuit

11. Prize Value:
The total prize value is equal to AUD $2900 (RRP).
12. Winner Selection:
The competition will be drawn on 15th January 2024 (15/01/2024) at Futures Fins AU Headquarters.
13. Winner Notification:
Futures Fins Australia will notify the winner via email from contact@futuresfins.com.au on the 15th of January. If the prize is unclaimed for 7 days, a new winner will be drawn and will be notified by email.
14. Decision Finality:
The Promoter's decision is final.
15. Delivery Responsibility:
The Promoter takes no responsibility for prizes lost due to incorrect delivery details by the winner.
16. Prize Transferability:
The Prize pack is non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
